Resolutions; I'm not the type to usually make resolutions but that may be concurrent to never get anything done! I am hoping and expecting great things from myself in 2009. First up, I am attempting to get a stable office job, save up, and get an apartment with Cori in the spring. Enough temping for me, it's time to find a place that I can chill at for a while while I decide what I want to do with my life. Secondly, and I guess my last resolution is to read fifty books this year. I used to read so much and I've been slacking horribly since I've moved to the city. It's time to step my game up! I'll try to be awesome like my sister Stephanie and keep a log of every book I read. That being said, any book recommendations you may have, or maybe a list of your top ten favorite books would be helpful! Get to it!

2008 brought a lot of ups and downs, as every year does. Thankfully, I think the ups won. I had so many great experiences this year that I never thought possible. It's almost like it's hard for me to remember what life was like BEFORE 2008. Best of all I learned a lot about myself and grew a lot as a person. I would like to think I [at least a little?] came out of my shell this year. Feels great!

So many friendships grew stronger over the year, and sadly others faded away. I am so thankful for those of you who were there with me through it all. You know who you are. I love you!

Wishing everyone the best in 2009,

Amanda
